TruePso Psoas Stretcher
Release the deep muscle behind stubborn hip and low back tension. The one everything you've tried could never reach.

Reach the muscle nothing else can
Your psoas sits deep in your core, connecting your spine to your legs, and when it stays tight from sitting, driving, or training, you feel it everywhere: in your lower back, your hips, the way you stand up in the morning. This tool is shaped to apply targeted pressure right where that deep hip-flexor tension lives.
Relief on your own schedule.
You don't need standing weekly appointments or a room full of equipment to loosen up. A few minutes of focused self-release at home can help ease that deep-set tightness and leave your hips feeling looser and more mobile whenever you need it, right on your own floor.
Where a Tight Psoas Shows Up
And what the TruePso stretcher relieves:
Your psoas anchors directly to your lumbar spine, so when it's chronically tight it pulls your lower back into a constant arch, the ache that no amount of back stretching seems to touch. This reaches the muscle at its source and applies slow, targeted pressure to help it release, easing the pull on your spine.
Every hour in a seat or behind the wheel holds your psoas in a shortened position, and over time it forgets how to lengthen. Our stretcher uses your own body weight to work into that deep hip flexor the way a bodyworker would, so you can undo a long day instead of carrying it into the next one.
When your hip flexors stay short, they tip your pelvis forward and pull you into that hunched, stuck stance. Releasing the psoas lets your pelvis settle back to neutral, so standing upright stops feeling like work.
Some of the most stubborn hip and groin discomfort comes from the psoas itself, buried too deep for hands, foam rollers, or stretching to reach. Our stretcher is angled to access exactly that depth, which is why people feel a release they've never gotten any other way.
That slow, bent-over shuffle when you first stand is short hip flexors protesting the position they've been locked in. A few minutes with our psoas stretcher helps them let go, so getting out of the truck, the office chair, or the car doesn't feel like it takes ten years off you.
Tight hip flexors quietly cap how far your leg can extend behind you and how freely your hips rotate, shorter stride on the run, less coil in the golf swing. Keeping the psoas loose helps restore that range, so your hips aren't the thing holding your body back.

What Customers Have to Say About Us
Wish I bought this years ago
I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for over 10 years and had an L3/L4 fusion in 2013. Since then, I’ve tried just about everything—physical therapy, massage, stretching, foam rollers, massage guns, resistance bands, ice, and every pain-relief tool imaginable. As someone who is usually very skeptical of products like this, I was surprised by how effective this psoas stretcher has been. It helps me target deep areas that are difficult to reach with traditional stretching and has noticeably reduced some of the tightness that contributes to my back pain. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s become a valuable part of my daily routine and one of the few tools I consistently come back to.
OH.... MY.... GOD.... YES
I NEVER write reviews, but this one earned it. I've used just about every massage tool made — foam rollers, guns, balls, a Theracane, you name it — and NOTHING hits my problem spots like this. After a spinal fusion and years of daily back pain, this is the first tool that reaches the deep areas I could never get to on my own with enough pressure. PRO TIP: warm up the area with a vibrating massage ball first, then go in with this. My flexibility is up, my stress is down, and I'm actually SLEEPING now.
Licensed Massage Therapist here, I hope my review helps!
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist of 25 years. TruePso is so useful for those hard-to-reach tendons my elbow could never quite get into. Lol. My husband gets a lot of build-up in his shoulders and felt the difference after the first use — he's holding push-ups longer now, which was always a struggle for him. It works well on the shoulder joints and blades, quads, and hamstrings. And for all you plantar fasciitis folks — and I know there are a LOT of you — use it on the bottom of the foot, then roll a frozen water bottle after. That combo will get you there!
